The City of Vancouver has selected Mayer/Reed to lead the design of a new park in East Vancouver. The 14-acre forested parcel sits at the northeast corner of the Vancouver Innovation Center (VIC), a 179-acre planned mixed-use development. In addition to protecting the existing mature trees, the new park will create a space for current and future residents to explore and play in nature. Community engagement is underway, and we’re excited to work with the community to help shape the future park.
