The surrounding walkable neighborhood includes bus, light rail and streetcar transit, a park, riverfront trails and access to the Willamette River.

The residents enjoy urban living in a high-rise building that offers spectacular views to Mt. Hood, downtown and the river from its elevated outdoor green spaces. Carefully considered indoor-outdoor relationships of building to these landscapes allow residents to connect with nature through roof gardens that terrace up the building on seven levels.
